• WAWD-600B型電液伺服萬能試驗機是采用了液壓動力源驅動，電液伺服控制技術，   計算機數據采集處理，可實現閉環控制及自動檢測的高精度材料試驗設備，其由試驗主機、油源（液壓動力源）、測控系統、試驗器具四部分組成，最大試驗力600kN，試驗機準確度等級優于1級

• WAWD-600B型電液伺服萬能試驗機是一款通用性較強的產品，可以滿足國家關于金屬拉伸試驗規定中的各項標準試驗，也可以按照其它標準實現對不同材料或產品的拉伸、壓縮、彎曲、剪切等類型的試驗，可以求取所測材料的抗拉強度、屈服強度、規定非比例延伸強度、彈性模量等性能指標，可實現等速率加荷、等速率變形、等速率位移、等速率應變等閉環控制，可以進行材料或產品的工藝合格性能驗證試驗。

• 該試驗機是六立柱、雙空間結構，上橫梁與下橫梁之間為拉伸空間,下橫梁與試臺之間為壓縮空間，試驗空間通過鏈輪和絲杠旋轉帶動下橫梁上下移動來自動調整。上下橫梁上裝有液壓控制的夾持鉗口，標準機型配有V型和平面型鉗口用于夾緊圓柱試樣和平板試樣做拉伸試驗；標準機型的下橫梁底端配有上壓板，試臺上配有帶球形結構的下壓板，可直接做壓縮試驗。

• 該試驗機主機的設計考慮了擴展裝配其它夾具以完成更多試驗的可能。如：配裝螺栓夾具可做螺栓的拉伸和保載，配裝彎曲夾具可做圓棒或板材的彎曲試驗，配裝剪切夾具可做圓棒剪切強度試驗，在壓縮空間中加配抗折、剪切、劈裂、彈性模量儀等可做混凝土及水泥樣塊試驗，此外，配上鋼球、錨鏈、扣件等夾具即可完成該產品的各項試驗。

• WAWD-600B electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine adopts hydraulic power source drive, electro-hydraulic servo control technology, computer data acquisition and processing, which can realize closed-loop control and automatic detection of high-precision material testing equipment. It consists of four parts: test main engine, oil source (hydraulic power source), measurement and control system, test equipment. The maximum test force is 600 kN, and the accuracy of the testing machine is 600 kN. Level better than Level 1

• WAWD-600B electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine is a universal product, which can meet various national standards for metal tensile test. It can also carry out tensile, compressive, bending and shear tests of different materials or products according to other standards. The tensile strength, yield strength and non-proportional elongation strength of the tested materials can be obtained. The closed-loop control of equal-rate loading, constant-rate deformation, constant-rate displacement and constant-rate strain can be realized by the performance indicators such as degree and elastic modulus, and the process qualification test of materials or products can be carried out.
